Cotoletta Velo' is a food stand on a cargo bike (Trikego). As our name we picked Cotoletta Velo' to join the bicycle and our street-food "La Cotoletta Milanese".

Our product was intended to be sold during Expo 2015 Milano. The idea of Cotoletta Velo' started from wanting to meet the Milanese traditional kitchen with the street food culture while selling our product in the most significate places in Milan.

We adapted the preperation, cooking and the selling process to the preparation of a usual street food in the best way possible.

The packaging of the product has been studied carefully and was thought of a way to communicate using irony, fun and color.
